In lieu of the educational requirement, directly related experience will substitute on a year-for-year basis.Įnsures that contractors performing MARTA rapid rail and facilities projects comply with applicable building codes, regulations, contract specifications, and drawings through ongoing, regular inspections, usually in a specific area of assignment or expertise (i.e., architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, rail, etc.). Working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. General knowledge and understanding of engineering and architectural terminology and general practices. Ability to read and generally understand applicable codes. Ability and knowledge to read and understand contract specification and drawings.
